The foyer, with it's high pickled ceiling, leads to a tastefully furnished living room that opens onto the covered patio, which further leads to the sparkling blue swimming pool where lounge chairs invite you to relax with a good book and a cooling drink.

The slightly elevated kitchen looks onto the dining terrace and informal seating area; another vantage point from which the pool and lush garden can be admired. An added view of the ocean from the outdoor terrace and pool fulfill your expectations of the perfect holiday. A small study and powder room are also a part of this villa.

The Royal Westmoreland Facility offers a gated community with 24-hour security, full beach facilities and access through Mullins Bay which also includes use of the Spa, Club and restaurant and provides access to tennis, golf and a fitness centre.
