One of eight villas set within the private beachfront complex of Merlin Bay, St James. 'Ocean's Edge' is one of two of these villas right on the ocean's edge, with a striking and beautiful private beachfront garden which has recently been magnificently re-landscaped to really create a lush Caribbean Eden.

Merlin Bay has a lovely feel of separation from the outside world while still being within a location nearby to many luxuries and amenities such as world-class restaurants, shops, bars, and so on.

This split level property, which has recently undergone extensive renovations, commands a brilliant view of the gorgeous beach from every one of the three levels as well as its private roof top terrace.

The second level, whereby one enters the villa, is comprised of an open plan allowing for an effortless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas and out to the patio with plunge pool overlooking the beautiful gardens and out to the picture-perfect beach.

The bottom level consists of another en suite bedroom with ample cupboard space and the laundry facilities. This beautiful suite opens out to a lovely open paved area with a 2nd, slightly larger plunge pool and ample area for entertaining and lounging.

Recently, there has been an additional wooden deck built right at the edge of Ocean
